Lloyd J. Flory, P. Eng. is a professional engineer with 34 years of experience. Lloyd also has his Permission to Consult licence from APEGS (Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan). He has worked in the natural gas industry at SaskEnergy his entire career with the majority of it spent writing, revising, and administering material specifications and operating procedures. Those tasks included interpreting and applying published national and international codes and standards to in-house specifications and operating procedures. Lloyd was the business lead during the design and building of the SharePoint application that (1) houses the change request workflow for SaskEnergy’s system operating procedures and (2) is the central repository for the same.
