Brittany Macnamara completed her degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Regina in 2012. She currently works in Distribution Engineering for Saskatchewan’s Crown Corporation natural gas distributor, SaskEnergy. She provides support and leadership in planning, design, installation, modification and operation of distribution facilities to accommodate the expansion, maintenance and integrity of the distribution system. She has been heavily focused on pipe stress mitigation at regulation stations and in geotechnically sensitive areas. Brittany has also served as the co-chair of Generation Energy, an under 30 youth committee and led environmental initiatives, Crown collaboration events and fundraising sponsorships for The Children's Wish Foundation.
