Mitch started his career with TransGas in 2006 as an Engineer-in-Training with Pipeline and Facility Automation before moving into the Gas Measurement department in 2009 and then joining SaskEnergy Business Development in 2011. Since then, Mitch has been actively exploring opportunities for compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) uses, to support SaskEnergy’s core operations as well as non-traditional off-pipe applications where natural gas can provide cost savings and environmental benefits to end-users in Saskatchewan. Mitch recently changed roles at the beginning of 2016 and is currently the Manager of TransGas Customer Facility Requests. This role provides the opportunity to directly engage with various businesses in Saskatchewan seeking natural gas supply. Mitch is a graduate of the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Electronic Systems Engineering, receiving his Professional Engineering designation from APEGS in 2009.
