Exhibit Space


Each exhibit space consists of a 8 x 10 booth with table and chairs and includes one complimentary registration. Additional booth staff can register at the reduced rate of $150.
Booths cannot exceed the 8 x 10 foot area, unless you have purchased additional booth spaces. 

Display units, power, telephone service, hardwire internet (free wireless), etc. for individual exhibits are NOT included in the price of the exhibit. If you purchase power to your booth, please remember that you must bring your own extension cords, power strips, etc. 

You may also bring outdoor equipment; please contact Dana Colwell at Dana.Colwell@wsu.edu to make those arrangements.

Exhibit Hours

You are welcome to begin setting-up your exhibit from 8:00am - 12:00pm on Monday, May 23. All vendors must be set-up no later than 12:00pm.

Vendor break-down will take place from 2:00pm - 4:00pm on Tuesday, May 24. Please be aware that any booths still standing after 4:00pm will be subject to a $100 fee per hour the booth is still standing. (Vendors are more than welcome to stay and talk to attendees Tuesday evening, but your booth must be taken down by the designated time.)
