PARTICIPANTS:
Thirty-five (35) hotel rooms will be provided to Idaho conference attendees at one of our Summit hotels for one night.
- You must be traveling at least 100 miles to the Summit to be eligible for a room.
- To maximize the number of attendees, we strongly recommend you to share a room with those from your same agency (two bedded rooms).
- Rooms will be reserved for up to two (2) participants from each agency on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If you plan to stay an additional night or if the Summit rooms are full, you are responsible for making the room reservation and paying the room charges to the hotel directly.
ITD PARTICIPANTS:
If a hotel stay is required, it is the responsibility of the ITD employee to arrange accommodations.VENDORS:
A small block of rooms for vendors has been held at the SpringHill Suites at the rate of $129.00 plus tax per night. Vendors can call the hotel directly at 208.342.1044 and mention to the reservations agent that you are with the Highway Safety Summit Vendor Group, or book here online. This rate will be available based on availability through March 20th.
