What is GO!2015?

GO!2015 is a user meeting for SIS & AmkaiSolutions clients, formerly known as SIS Congress. GO!2015 is an annual user conference that is packed with industry and client-led sessions, education, and peer-to-peer learning and networking opportunities!

What are the dates of GO!2015?


GO!2015 will be held:

·         AmkaiSolutions Users – Sunday, August 23rd – Tuesday, August 25th

·         Surgical Information Systems Users – Sunday, August 23rd – Wednesday, August 26th

·         Optional Pre Conference Workshops – Sunday, August 23rd

o   Pre-Conference Workshops are available for both AmkaiSolutions and Surgical Information Systems Users

·         Optional Post Conference Workshops – Tuesday, August 25th

o   Post-Conference Workshops are available Tuesday afternoon for AmkaiSolutions clients.

Does this event replace SIS Congress?


New name, same great outcomes! GO!2015 was formally known as SIS Congress. Surgical Information Systems is thrilled to include AmkaiSolutions at this year’s user meeting. 

Does this event replace the Amkai Client Meeting during ASCA?


No, the annual Amkai Client Meeting at ASCA will be Wednesday afternoon, May 13th, in Orlando at the Orlando World Marriott. A client reception will also be held Thursday, May 14th. Will I be able to meet with SIS and Amkai management and associates?


Yes, SIS and Amkai associates will be in Atlanta for the meeting. Our clients especially look forward to meeting their Support teams during the Lunch with Client Operations on Tuesday, August 25th. We look forward to seeing you!

What are the registration fees?


Please see the following breakdown of full registration fees:

·         AmkaiSolutions Clients – $445 (Early bird $395, save $50)

·         Surgical Information Systems Clients – $595 (Early bird $545, save $50)

·         Optional Pre and Post Conference Workshops – $50/each

Is there a group discount?

Yes! The GO!2015 team believes the more the merrier. For every three paid registrations from your facility, the fourth registration is FREE! To take advantage of the the group discount:

    • Have at least four members of your facility register together and enter the following ID code:
      • Amkai: AmkaiGroup15
      • SIS: SISGroup15

 

A few details about the group discount: 

    • In order to take advantage of the discount, all attendees must register at the same time. 
    • Once 4 registrations have been made a 25% discount will be applied to your group's entire order. 

 

Can I change my session selections and attend a different session?


Yes, you may update session selections by logging into the registration system via the link provided in your confirmation email. You will also need your reference number provided in the confirmation email. Some classes, including hands-on classes, require reservations due to space limitations.

Can I attend a different session without updating my registration?


Space will be limited in each session. To guarantee a seat, please ensure your registration and session selection is accurate and up to date.

What are my payment options?

               GO!2015 will be using PayPal as the payment option. Checks are also accepted.

Can I get continuing education credits?

               Yes, we will be submitting for sessions for both AORN and AEU credits.

Will I receive an updated personalized agenda?


Yes, a personalized agenda will available to you at the registration desk or at any point online.

May I have a list of registered attendees?


Yes, when you register you can choose to opt-in or opt-out to share your contact information with GO!2015 attendees. A list will be shared of GO!2015 attendees who have opted in.

Where and when is attendee check-in?


Registration will be in the main pre-function area at the Ritz Carlton Buckhead during the following hours:

·         Sunday, August 23rd – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

·         Monday, August 24th – 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

·         Tuesday, August 25th – 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

·         Wednesday, August 26th – 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM 

What is the dress code?


Business Casual. Temperatures in meeting rooms will vary from warm to a bit chilly. An extra layer of clothing is recommended for fluctuating meeting room temperatures.

How does the special group discount work?

If your facility has four or more members attending GO!2015 you will receive a special discount. For the discount to work, all attendees will have to be registered by the same person.

How much is the hotel and how do I make my reservation?


Book your stay at the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead. SIS is pleased to offer a reduced room rate of $169 + tax per night. Reservations must be secured with an acceptable credit card. Guest rooms are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently city – 4%; state – 4%; occupancy – 8%).

 

For individual reservations, call 1-800-826-0708 and reference SIS/Amkai User Meeting. Individual guestroom reservations may also be made on the Reservations page of www.ritzcarlton.com by entering KMAKMAA. Reservations must be made no later than Wednesday, July 29th.
