The discussion will revolve around the effective solutions developed so far to cope with the situation and on ways to mainstream and scale them up.

FUTURE CLASSROOM LAB CO-CREATION WORKSHOP
This highly interactive workshop ultimately aims to start designing innovative ways to make the cybersecurity sector and careers appealing to young people. The session will bring together key actors in the field of career guidance, secondary and tertiary education, cybersecurity and recruitment. The workshop will investigate how young people perceive cybersecurity careers, the skills and competences most needed in the sector, and engaging ways to enthuse young people about such careers.
