  Registration fees:
$495 / attendee on or before January 26
$995 / attendee after January 26

     *Registration includes conference materials, CPE credits, and meals.
      Cancellation Policy
      Cancellations made within 14 days of the summit are nonrefundable. 
     
Any cancellations made prior to February 4 will be refunded.

  Continuing Education credits:
4.5 credit hours for attending the workshops 
4 credit hours for attending the General Session (estimated)
6 credit hours for attending the breakouts

Total: 14.5 hours of instruction (estimated)

  CPE Policy:

You must attend the full session you report. A certificate of attendance will be included in each attendee packet when requested during the registration process. Attendees should self-report their continuing education once the summit concludes. In the event of an audit, provide certificate of attendance. If further documentation is required, please contact us. Please note that credit hours are estimations pending finalization of the summit agenda.
