All delegates are offered round-trip airline or train reservations and hotel accommodation for one night.

Travel Reservations

All airline reservations will be via Frankfurt Airport (FRA), train reservations will be into Frankfurt Airport Station.

Thursday March 17, 2016	Arrivals (arrive before 18h30) Welcome Dinner (19h30)
Friday March 18, 2016	Departures (flights after 18h00, trains after 17h)

Once your registration has been received, your proposed travel itinerary will arrive within one week. Upon receipt, please review the information and confirm. 

 

Approximately one week before the meeting, you will receive an email with a detailed overview of all the arrangements that have been made for you and other important information regarding this event.

 

Expenses

The following expenses are covered:

Round-trip coach plane/train ticket (if not driving) Mileage at € 0,3461 per kilometer (if driving) Hotel, airport or station parking for 1 night

Hotel accommodation for 1 night All planned meals

Incidental expenses, such as additional room nights, mini bar, room service, in-room movies and telephone charges are not covered. A personal credit card must be presented at time of check-in.

 

In accordance with the Eucomed Code, attendance at this educational program is limited to healthcare professionals, therefore attendance by spouses or guests is not appropriate.
