The eCruit Network
While not all eCruit participants will be offered an offer letter of employment at the end of their bootcamp week, participants will stay on file and be offered a certificate of participation and if applicable, a letter of recommendation. Additionally, etouches will send all candidates that have successfully completed their eCruit bootcamp program to the etouches' eCruit Network of organizations that are actively seeking top talent and have job openings.
The eCruit Network is composed of etouches' partner channel, client organizations and Connecticut state agencies that offer job placement. To learn more about joining the eCruit Network, please contact Mayce Smith.
