Invitation Letter (VISA)

 Upon request the Organizing Secretariat will be pleased to issue a personal invitation letter to all the participants to facilitate visa request. This letter should not be considered as an offer of any kind of financial support on behalf the organizers.
An official invitation letter can be downloaded and filled in by the attendee directly here

Please note: Invitation letter will only be provided if the applicant has been successfully registered in ECPM14.

Information required:
  • Name and Surname
  • Address (Road, City, Country)
  • Date of Birth
  • Passaport N° and expiration date
