Participants (registrants) are advised to consider purchasing their own travel insurance and to extend their personal policy to cover personal possessions. TheXXIV European Congress on Perinatal Medicine 2014 does not cover individuals against cancelations of flights, hotels, or theft of their belongings.

In the event that the Conference is cancelled by the organizers, or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of the organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the Conference Organizer shall be limited to that refund, and the Conference Organizer shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expenses, whatsoever cause, incurred or arising.

The Conference Organizer will hold and process your personal details in its database. Such information is required for the legitimate management of the XXIV European Congress on Perinatal Medicine 2014, which may include the information being available to any organizing/sponsoring company. The Conference Organizer may also use your personal details to provide you with information about other conferences or events being organized. Please advise us to any changes in your personal details, or if you would like them to be removed from our database in the future.
