The convention registration deadline is Monday, December 21, 2015.  Hotel reservations and payment must be made separately. See the "Hotel Reservations" section for reservation details. No refunds will be given after Monday, December 21, 2015.

If you wish to fill out a hard copy form, print this document and mail with check (only). No credit card payments accepted by hard copy or email; all credit card payments must be made online.

Golf during the convention is at your leisure. Tee times at Patriot's Point Links Course for an individual or group can be arranged by the hotel directly. The golf fee is $55 per person on Thursday and $70 per person on Friday and Saturday, plus 8.5% tax. Transportation is available for $25.00+ per person, round trip.
