Steve Huang
Chief Executive Officer
DHL Global Forwarding, Greater China

Mr. Steve Huang is Chief Executive Officer of DHL Global Forwarding, Greater China. He is responsible for DHL Global Forwarding’s overall business performance and strategy which includes spearheading the growth of the company’s customer base and operations including the management of more than 3,700 employees in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. 

Since relocation to Shanghai in 1995, he held a number of senior management positions in marketing & sales, operations, warehousing & distribution and customer service. Between 2004 and 2005, Mr. Huang was promoted to Vice President, Marketing & Sales - Asia Pacific of DHL Danzas Air & Ocean now known as DHL Global Forwarding. In his role as Vice President, Mr. Huang played an instrumental role in leading MNC sales initiatives, promoting trade lane businesses and in ensuring further growth of DHL Global Forwarding’s business in Asia Pacific. May 2013, Mr. Huang assumed the leadership of the combined new country organization of North China, Hong Kong, Macau & South China. After restructuring in January 2017, DHL Global Forwarding Taiwan, along with China, Hong Kong, Macau, formed the Greater China cluster. Mr. Huang is appointed the Chief Executive Officer of DHL Global Forwarding, Greater China.

A Taiwanese national, Mr. Huang has a Bachelor’s Degree in Traffic and Transport Management from Feng-Jia University in Taiwan and Executive Master of Business Administration from China Europe International Business School. A veteran of the logistics industry, Mr. Huang has 28 years of experience in the freight forwarding business, of which 25 years were with DHL Global Forwarding.

Lillian’s instincts about people’s desires and needs are always spot-on. With strong belief in the power of insights, she inspires clients and drives innovations. Lillian has led a wide range of projects: cracking the premium instant coffee category with breakthrough new product ideas for Southeast Asia market; reshaping corporate vision and brand architecture for a leading commercial property company to fuel long-term growth; creating new product innovation pipelines for a major beer brewer; and understanding what’s driving the loyalty of Chinese consumers and generating ideas to make their hotel loyalty program more relevant and compelling. 

Beside the commercial results that help clients’ businesses to grow, she’s also proud of the human impact of these projects in touching and improving consumers’ lives.

Before joining ?What If!, Lillian worked for over 10 years in large consumer goods companies like Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson, where she led insight-based innovations to delight emerging market consumers in Asia and globally.





Gina Chung
Head of Trend Research
DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation

Gina Chung is Global Director of Trend Research, a dedicated unit focused on accelerating digitalization and customer-centric innovation at DHL. Gina is currently managing a portfolio of innovation projects, one of which included the set-up and co-management of DHL Supply Chain’s global augmented reality program. 

She has also co-authored several trend reports including IoT in logistics together with Cisco. Additionally, she is responsible for the development of the Logistics Trend Radar, a renowned tool on logistics foresight. Gina holds two degrees from the University of Auckland in New Zealand and is based at the DHL Innovation Center near Bonn, Germany. 




Dr. Jesse Jijun Luo
VP, Solution Management and Marketing, Europe
Huawei

In his current role, Dr. Luo focuses on strategy alignment with key carrier & industrial customers, working across all Huawei product lines, and develops end-to-end solutions as per customer and market demand. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from RWTH Aachen University Germany. He has over 17 years of experience in R&D, product management, solution management and marketing.
Peter Xu
Managing Partner
Plug and Play China

Peter is currently Managing Partner of Plug and Play China. He graduated from Fudan University and CEIBS (China Europe International Business School). He has worked for nearly 20 years in ICT industry, and more than 10 years managing global teams. 
Before joining Plug and Play China, Peter XU was Vice President of Nokia heading its Digital Home BU, and before the Chief Procurement Officer of Alcatel-Lucent Asia Pacific and China. In Nokia, Peter led a global team of 500 people responsible for its broadband access terminal business, focusing on new product development, operations, quality and cost improvement. In Alcatel-Lucent, Peter advocated its “Go for China”strategy, achieving huge success in China supplier development and cost reduction programs for the company. 

He graduated with Bachelor degree from Fudan University with World Economy and Finance in 1997, and EMBA from CEIBS in 2008.




Dr. Markus Voss
CIO & COO Supply Chain

Dr. Markus Voss has been Chief Information Officer (CIO) of SUPPLY CHAIN since February 2015, providing strategic oversight across technology services and innovation drivers for both the DHL Supply Chain and Williams Lea Tag divisions at SUPPLY CHAIN.  In January 2017, he also took on the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Dr. Voss manages a global organization of over 2000 IT specialists responsible for translating ever-evolving business requirements into world-class IT solutions. As COO, he oversees more than 2500 supply chain operations and is responsible for driving standardization, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and safety in the business. 

Close partnerships with leading global IT organizations enable SUPPLY CHAIN to offer a gamut of IT solutions from warehouse or transportation management systems and mobile supply chain management apps, through to game-changing innovations such augmented reality and Internet of Things solutions. SUPPLY CHAIN’s standardization agenda coupled with its innovation culture give its customers a competitive edge in the market. 

Dr. Voss is an IT veteran, having been in the industry for 17 years. Since joining DHL in 2008, Dr. Voss has held a number of senior leadership roles and was most recently CIO for Mainland Europe, Middle East & Africa at DHL Supply Chain. 
Dr. Voss is a German national and holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Cologne in Germany. He is married with three daughters. In his spare time, Dr. Voss enjoys spending time with his family, photography, travelling, and is an avid Game of Thrones fan.

Erbin Shang

Erbin has over 15 years of experience in logistics marketing, enterprise business operations and brand management. In addition, he has over 8 years of experience in international trade and freight forwarder operations. Further, he is an executive member of the Chinese Logistics Association and Director of Chinese E-business Logistank.




Jungyang Woon

Infinium Robotics

Infinium Robotics has developed multiple patent-pending solutions in the UAS industry. Most notable is a drone stock-taking and cycle-counting solution to improve productivity in warehouse operations. Junyang had served in the Navy for 7 years and has vast experience working with military UAVs. He holds a M.Sc. in Engineering from Stanford University, USA and B.Sc. degree from University College London, UK.

Dr. Johann Wieland

Dr. Johann ("Hans") Wieland (57) assumed responsibility of President and CEO of BMW Brilliance Automotive on October 1st, 2016. BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd is a 50:50 Joint Venture between BMW Group and Brilliance China Automotive Holdings. During his 28 years with BMW he has been in numerous positions like Strategic Planning, Controlling, Marketing, Sales, Organizational Development and Purchasing including component production, so he brings a very broad set of experience to his current job. Always being ready for new challenges and steep learning curves stick out and mark his career.
