Rooming Information
On the online registration link you can indicate if and with whom you would like to share a room with. If you would like to share a room but do not have a roommate, Keshet will try its utmost to find you a suitable roommate. In the event that a suitable roommate is not available, you will need to pay the single room price.
Flight information
This tour is based on a minimum number of participants and we therefore request that you do not book your flights right away. We are now kicking off the registration for this conference and hope it will be hugely successful. Once you have registered and paid the non-refundable deposit, come January time, you will receive a confirmation email that you should book your flights. If you choose to book your flight before you receive this email, please note that Keshet cannot take responsibility for any cancellations.
Arrival Times
We highly suggest that when you are ready to book your flight, you try your best to arrive in Israel somewhere between 11am and 6p.m. on May 22nd. Check-in at the hotel is at 3p.m. and dinner is served usually starting at 6p.m.
Airport transfer to and from the hotel
Each participant will travel independently from Ben Gurion airport to Yehuda Hotel in Jerusalem upon arrival and from Yehuda Hotel to Ben Gurion airport upon departure. There are 2 options for airport transport to Jerusalem:

Private Taxi: follow the signs in the airport for taxis. These taxis (white cars with yellow taxi signs) will drive you directly to your destination (Yehuda Hotel Jerusalem). A taxi from the airport to Jerusalem can cost anywhere between USD 80-100. For departure, order a taxi through the Hotels reception desk.
- Nesher Sheirut Service (shared taxi): exit the ground floor and to your right will be the ‘Sheirut’ stand. Board a ‘Nesher Sheirut’ to Jerusalem. This is a shared taxi service that carries up to 10 passengers. This service will also drive you directly to your destination but keep in mind that they drop people off in geographical order, so you may be the last of the 10 passengers to be dropped off at your destination. This service costs approximately USD 20 per person. For departure day, please have the hotel order this service at least 24 hours in advance by calling +972-(0)2-625-7227.
