| Travel Packages This year BP is working with a travel partner to assist all delegates with travel arrangements. We have arranged discount travel packages and delegates have a choice of flights. The cost of flights and accommodation is built into advertised packages.
BP’s travel partner has held group economy class flights from all capital cities on Qantas. If you elect to purchase a flight travelling on group dates, airport coach transfers (LAX >hotel >LAX) will be booked for you and you will be met and assisted at the airport by meet and greet staff.

Outbound Group Flight Travel dates:
Saturday 25 August 2012 or Sunday 26 August 2012.
Flights have been held on both dates to cater for those wishing to arrive one day early (additional accommodation charges will apply). Please note flights depart and arrive on the same day (you will cross the date line). Flights arrive into LAX in the early morning.

Friday 31 August 2012 or Saturday 1 September 2012

Please note that you can utilise group flights even if you choose to travel on alternate dates, only a small change fee will apply. Details will be provided by Limelight’s Travel Partner.
