Dinner Programme
We are delighted to invite all delegates including spouses to the following dinners:
Friday May 20th - Opening reception
7:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Reception and a light standing dinner with abundant appetizers at Copenhagen Marriott Hotel.
Our meeting agency will be happy to provide restaurant suggestion if you wish to go on your on and explore Copenhagen after the reception. Read more
Saturday May 21st - Nimb Brasserie inside Tivoli Gardes
6:30 pm to 10:30 pm: Departure from the hotel lobby.
Transporation: Buses to the dinner. Walk back to hotel.
Sunday May 22nd - Visit at the Boyden office and canal tour.
4:30 pm to 7:00 pm: Departure from the hotel lobby. Short get together at Boyden office and canal tour from 6:00 - 7:00.
Free night out after the visit to Boyden office and canal tour.

Monday May 23rd - Closing dinner at Restaurant Bar Jakobsen at Carlsberg Brewery
7:00 pm to 00:00 pm: Departure from the hotel lobby. Closing dinner at Restaurant Bar Jakobsen at Carlsberg Brewery.
Transporation: Buses to and from the dinner. Shuttle bus from 10:00 pm and walk back to the hotel.
Dress Code: Business wear for all events. Practical footwear at Carlsberg Brewery and at the Canal boat. At Carlsberg we are walking on cobbles and visiting the old stables.
