Airport Transportation
Transportation is not included from the airport but the venue is located only 15 minutes by taxi.
Standard taxis
Standard taxis cost about DKK300 / USD 45 from the airport to the Marriott Hotel. The taxi lines usually move quickly, but like in most major cities, there can be periods where you have to wait for quite a while. All taxis run on a meter and they all take credit cards.
Private car service
If you prefer, our congress organizer can also offer a private car service for approx. DKK900 / USD 135, depending on the type of car you choose. Please contact Ms. Sara Winsløw at sw@meetingplanners.dk to arrange a private transfer.
Public transportation in Copenhagen
The Oresund train will take you directly to Central Station (Københavns Hovedbanegård) from the airport.
The meeting venue is situated within walking distance from Central Station (Københavns Hovedbanegård).
Tickets: The same ticket can be used in the metro, bus, train and harbour bus. More information about tickets and prices can be found by clicking here.
Always have your ticket with you in case a conductor wants to see it. Travelling without a valid ticket will result in a fine.
