Launch Director Orientation

Launching Chapters can be quick, painless, and fun! In this three-day session, learn how to facilitate the U.S. Phases Launch Program in a timely and effective manner. Discussions will include pitfalls and how to avoid them, how to get to the first 10 and scenarios for what to do when it doesn't go as planned. This training is facilitated by Jennifer Tolley, U.S. Training Manager and costs $600 to attend.
Diamond Growth Program
April 24 - 25
Spend two full days learning a program that will take your chapters from good to GREAT. The Diamond Growth Program was created to help struggling chapters see why and how BNI is so successful by getting back to basics in a non-threatening. The creator of the program, Jerry Williamson, Managing Director of BNI Northern Alabama will be taking attendees through the how-to guide to bring chapters back to life. The investment is $400.
Advanced Member Success Program (Train the Trainer) Training
April 24 - 25
This two-day session will teach Directors how to train their members on the BRAND NEW Advanced Member Success Program (Train the Trainer) Training Modules. This training has been revamped to cater towards adult learning and make sure that your members' are able to take away the information successfully. This training is facilitated by Meaghan Chitwood, Executive Director of BNI Northern Alabama and Director of Global Training and costs $400 to attend.
BNI Connect® Training
April 25
This full day session will be an interactive training for all Director and administrative roles. This training will focus on tools, functions, and reports for directors to maximize their use and efficiency in BNI Connect - plus teach you how to train Members to utilize BNI Connect. This training is facilitated by Jeremy Walsh, Director of Support and costs $200 to attend.
