Agenda |
Rather than use keynote speakers this symposium will take maximal advantage of the collective expertise assembled. Please come prepared to describe your own work at some length to the group on the first day, and to address some of the topics in the agenda, but we do not need a specific detailed presentation by anyone in particular. The emphasis will be on groups discussions and, hopefully, the construction of collective expressions regarding policy advice and future collaborative research directions. The intersections between biosecurity and transnational environmental crime policy open many promising avenues for discussion and collaboration, and I'd prefer to leave the conceptual landscape as open as possible, especially for your first day of discussions.
If you have any short readings you think would be beneficial for the group, please send a link or PDF to: Jacqui Sullivan for posting to this site
