Delegates are reminded that they are responsible for their own travel arrangements both to and from the hotel including local car services to and from the airport.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations received in writing on or before Friday 25th August 2017 will receive a refund of one night’s accommodation charge less an administrative fee of 20%. We regret that cancellations cannot be accepted thereafter. Substitutions are possible at any time. In the unlikely event of the Conference being cancelled, any accommodation charges will be refunded in full less any credit card and administration charges.
