You must review and agree to the Affiliate Summit Exhibitor and Sponsor Terms, which details our policies on Cancellation, Payment Terms, Requirements, Prohibited Conduct and other essential items.

Please take note of the following important policies before purchasing your Exhibitor or Sponsorship package:

  • Exhibit Hall, Meet Market or Sponsorship packages will not be sold to "adult" or "gambling" companies. The definitions of what Affiliate Summit defines as adult or gambling companies can be found here. You may be required to sign an affidavit confirming compliance. You may review the affidavit language here.
  • Exhibit and Meet Market locations are allocated in the order that companies have registered, without other biases or preferences.
  • Worker’s Compensation, Commercial General Liability (CGL), Personal Injury and Blanket Contractual Liability insurance policies are required and must be evidenced with Certificate of Insurance (COI).
  • If you are planning on using a trade show display, booth, exhibit, banner, etc. that you already own, please ensure that it complies with our Exhibit Hall or Meet Market regulations.
  • All payments for exhibitor and sponsorship packages are due within ten (10) business days of registration. Non-payment will result in automatic cancellation of the package.
  • Affiliate Summit Exhibitor Insurance is available to exhibitors who have purchased an Exhibit Hall Booth Package, Meet Market Package or Meeting Room Package. Affiliate Summit Exhibitor Insurance enables exhibitors purchasing the aforementioned packages to cancel their registration up to sixty (60) calendar days prior to the commencement of the Event and receive a full refund of their registration fees. The cost of Affiliate Summit Exhibitor Insurance is $500.00 for each Exhibit Hall Package and Meet Market Package purchased and it must be added at the time of registration.
  • If an exhibitor declines Affiliate Summit Exhibitor Insurance and cancels their Exhibit Hall Booth Package, Meet Market Package or Meeting Room Package at any time for any reason, the exhibitor will be responsible for the entire Exhibitor Package fee.
