Please note the following important information below. No exceptions will be made to these policies.
- Exhibit Hall, Meet Market or Sponsorship packages will not be sold to "adult" or "gambling" companies. The definitions of what Affiliate Summit defines as adult or gambling companies can be found here.
- Exhibit and Meet Market locations will be allocated in the order that companies have registered.
- THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS BY EXHIBITORS OR SPONSORS. IF AN EXHIBITOR OR SPONSOR CANCELS AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON, THE EXHIBITOR OR SPONSOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE EXHIBITOR OR SPONSOR FEE.

Exhibit Hall Packages [Limited Availability]
The Affiliate Summit Exhibit Hall is open on Monday, August 3, 2015 from 10:00am – 5:00pm and Tuesday, August 4, 2015 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Exhibitors may set up for this event on Sunday, August 2, 2015 from 8:00am – 6:00pm.
The Affiliate Summit Exhibit Hall Booth Space Package includes the following:
- Exhibitor Booth Space (Space only. Booth related costs such as tables, chairs, cleaning, electricity, Internet, etc. are additional).
- Three (3) VIP Passes to be used for booth staff, clients or affiliates.
- Five (5) Networking Plus passes to be used for booth staff, clients or affiliates.
- Ability to purchase additional passes at 20% off the prevailing rate, at the time of purchase.
- Your company description (maximum 650 characters, including spaces) in the Exhibitor & Conference Guide (Subject to receipt of description by the deadline).

Meet Market Package [Limited Availability]
The Affiliate Summit Meet Market is open on the Sunday, August 2, 2015 from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. Exhibitors may set up earlier that morning beginning at 9:00am.
The Affiliate Summit Meet Market Package includes the following:
- One (1) 6′ x 2′ draped table and 2 chairs (Costs for electricity, Internet, etc. are additional.)
- Includes two (2) Networking Plus Passes
- Ability to purchase additional passes at 20% off the prevailing rate at the time of purchase.
