Information for Exhibitors

Please find below details for the exhibition at APPEX Global 2018 on the 27th February - 1st March. 

Please make a note, the deadline for the order forms is 13th February, so make sure to order everything you will need for the event in time!

Exhibitor Forms

All exhibitor forms are now online and the Business Design Centre's system is automated. As an exhibitor you will be able to register and login to order all electrics, lighting, shell scheme extras, internet, water and waste and complete your health and safety and risk assessment forms. 

Start by going to http://oem.bdclondon.co.uk/appexconference2018 and registering. Once you have registered the system will ask you to complete the Nameboard form and a Risk Assessment (please note that Space Only stands should submit detailed RAMS). It will then guide you through ordering extras such as electrics, lighting, internet and more.

Shell Scheme Panel Dimensions:

If you have ordered a schell scheme booth package, the dimensions for the face of each panel (for your booth graphics) are: 

Height: 2340mm (inside of the poles)

Width: 950mm (inside of the poles) 

The overall size of panels when fitted with poles and beams is 2500mm high x 990mm wide.
The poles are 40mm in diameter projecting forward 18mm.

A 2m x 3m booth is made up of 3 panels along the back, and 2 on each side (unless you have an open side) = 7 panels total.
