How do I book?

How do I book a group?
Groups can be booked and paid online. If you require a 3rd party credit card authorisation for incidentals to the hotel  please download the form here and email to

I didn't complete my booking, where did my information go?
On the website, select the Book Now button. If you use the same email address on the same computer, any information you have already entered into the Booking Form will re-populate. If you are using a different computer you will need to re-enter all your information again. You can then complete your booking.

How do I pay?
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard or AMEX) or EFT transfer (within 5 days of booking).
Please note 1.85% credit card surcharge will apply to transactions using your Visa or Mastercard or AMEX.

How do I get an  Invoice?
You can choose to print or email an invoice upon completing your booking.. You can choose to print one at any time by following the link on your booking confirmation email, or by logging online on our accommodation website - you will be prompted for guest booking name and booking reference number (provided in the confirmation email).

I can’t find my Reference Number, how can I login?
Your reference number will be on your confirmation email. If you cannot find this email, you can click on the modify booking button and select: Forgotten your Reference Number? Click here to be emailed a reminder.

If I drive or hire a car, where do I park?
Parking is available at most hotels please see detailed hotel information for further details.

How do I change or cancel my accommodation?
Any changes to or cancellations of reservations must be confirmed by email

I’m having trouble seeing pages on the Website, what do I do?
Our online  booking system operates best in either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If you are still having problems seeing information or pages, you may need to clear your cookies and browsing history in your Web Browser. Click here for information on how to do this.
