Hospitality Costs
Sanofi Genzyme affiliates acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring that a Hospitality Agreement will be established with invited HCP(s) covering all hospitality costs (so both their local costs (e.g. flights & accommodation) and the Sanofi Genzyme Global
provided costs (e.g. catering), and that they will report the transfers of value accordingly, post event, based on local rules, in preparation for disclose in the following year’s transparency/TOV report.

** Please note these costs are based on 1 person per car. We will group as much as possible depending on arrival and departure time, so the final costs will be lower.
Payment of Accommodation
Each country affiliate is responsible for paying for the accommodation of their HCP's and their Sanofi Genzyme staff attending the meeting. Once the slot requests have been confirmed, a pro-forma invoice will be requested from the hotel based on the confirmed slots and NOT actual registrations. This is to ensure the hotel receives payment prior to arrival at the hotel. Payment can be made by credit card, if the Sanofi Genzyme staff member is present at the meeting.

Pre-travel Information
You will receive a pre-travel email communication with useful logistic information approximately 10 days before the start of the meeting.
Schedule
The meeting will begin at on Friday, 17 November at 13:00 hrs (after a Sanofi Genzyme-sponsored buffet lunch from 11:45 hrs) and will end on Saturday, 18 November at around 15:30 hrs.
Language
All program sessions will be in English. There will be no simultaneous translation.

Each invited delegate wishing to participate in this program is requested to complete the registration form at the following page of the registration website - Link to Registration form
PLEASE NOTE that the registration deadline is Friday, 27 October 2017. It will still be possible to make modifications to registered delegates after this date. Please contact your local Sanofi Genzyme affiliate if you need assistance registering.
Upon arrival at the Hotel Berlin, please proceed to the Sanofi Genzyme information desk to receive your registration package.
Passports and visas
Entry to Germany is granted to all foreigners possessing valid travel documents. Participants requiring a visa are kindly requested to contact the nearest German embassy or consulate on time. German embassies around the world have a list with all nationalities that require a visa to enter the country.
