Local & Central Government Delegate  | MEMBER Early Bird Rate (until 22 April 2016) $680.00 each Standard Rate (from 22 April - 20 May 2016) $730.00 each NOTE | All New Zealand Councils and their staff are members of ALGIM. Central Government Delegate  | NON-MEMBER Early Bird Rate (until 22 April 2016) $780.00 each Standard Rate (from 22 April - 20 May 2016) $830.00 each Day Delegate Rate | Monday or Tuesday  Standard Rate                                                   $390.00 each Vendor Delegate ALGIM Member (until 20 May 2016)                      $880.00 each Non-Member (until 20 May 2016) $930.00 each

PLEASE NOTE | Registration fees include morning teas, afternoon teas and entry to the Pre-Dinner Networking Drinks and Symposium Awards Dinner (excluding alcohol). Delegate registration fees are exclusive of GST and DO NOT include accommodation.

PARTNERS / ADDITIONAL TICKETS

Partners are welcome to attend functions, however they must be registered and pay the associated fees. Tickets for the Symposium Awards Dinner can also be purchased for those unable to join their colleagues at the Symposium but who would like an opportunity to network with other attendees. DINNER  Monday 23 May 2015 $100.00 per person

PLEASE NOTE | Register your partner's attendance and / or purchase dinner tickets via the online registration form. Fees are per person, are exclusive of GST and DO NOT include accommodation (refer to the Accommodation page for further information). The fee to attend the Awards Dinner includes entry to Pre-Dinner Networking Drinks, the Dinner (excluding alcohol) and entertainment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you cancel your participation at the 2016 ALGIM Web & Digital Symposium prior to Wednesday 22 April 2016 you will incur an administration fee of $200 + GST. Delegates who cancel after this date will be liable for the full costs of their commitment. ALGIM will not provide refunds to those people who are unable to attend the 2016 ALGIM Web & Digital Symposium as a result of a natural disaster and / or weather that hinders their ability to attend.
