You will be required to provide your credit card details to guarantee your booking. You will be responsible for settling your account directly with the hotel on your departure. If you require a charge back form, please request one from The Meetings Manager.

Hotel cancellation policy: Cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date will incur the cost of all nights booked.
