Complete Meeting Package for Overnight Guests

The Complete Meeting Package includes three meals, plus morning and afternoon snacks. The meal structure depends on attendees’ date and time of arrival. An attendee who arrives on: 

The night of Wednesday, October 4:
Receives all meals from dinner on Wednesday, October 4, through lunch on Friday, October 6.

The morning of Thursday, October 5:
Receives all meals from lunch on Thursday, October 5, through breakfast on Friday, October 6.

Dining Hours

All meals in the meeting package take place in the Conference Dining Room during the following hours:

Breakfast: 6:30–8:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 6:00–8:00 p.m.
