Exhibition Fees

10' x 10' Booth - $2,750
10' x 20' Booth - $5,500

Corner Booth - Add $250, per corner booth, to each category 

In order to receive a space assignment, 50 percent of the total booth cost is due at the time of contract submission. All remaining payments are due by April 13, 2017. After April 13, 2017, full booth payment is due at time of contract submissions.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received between Feb. 1, 2017 and April 22, 2017 are eligible for a 50 percent refund of the total booth cost. Cancellations received after April 22, 2017 are not eligible to receive a refund. Cancellation requests can be emailed to exhibits@agd.orgor faxed to 312.440.0513.
