Gail has more than 25 years experience in the field, working with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission until 2012.Gail's business, Product Safety Solutions, provides training, advice and advocacy for product suppliers and other organisations on product hazard assessment and safety compliance. Gail chaired the National Retail Association's working group that developed the 'Furniture and TV Tip-over Prevention Best Practice Guide'.
