In Motion: 5K Run, Walk, Fun


                                                Event Date: Thursday, June 15
                                                Event Time: 8:00 p.m. (lineup starts at 7:30 p.m.)
                                                Event Location: Downtown Jacksonville
                                                Run/Walk Cost: $30 registration fee* 
                                                Attire: Best Fun Run/Walk Attire or Team Costumes

*NOTE: All participants must be a registered attendee (or guest) of the 94th Annual Conference! If you are not attending Annual Conference, you can participate virtually!

  • Click on "Race Results" (top menu bar)
  • Scroll down until you are under the month of June. Select "ADHA 5K, June 15"
  • The results page will appear. Choose your category (runner vs. walker)
  • Select "Order of Finish" for the correct category
  • Click on "show all participants"

Annual Fundraiser

The goal of the 5K Run/Walk is  to raise funds in support of the Institute for Oral Health. It’s not how fit you are, it’s how much money you can raise for the Institute!  Participate as an individual or form a team and begin cultivating support ASAP!  You are challenged to organize and fundraise to bring increased awareness about oral healthcare!




Race Categories:
  • Run/Walk at Annual Conference – Join fellow attendees near the Hyatt Regency Riverfront Jacksonville and run/walk through beautiful downtown Jacksonville
    • $30 registration fee

  • NEW Virtual 5k - Can’t attend the Annual Conference? Participate virtually! It’s easy – just pick a time from June 14-19 and run or walk a 5K in your community!
    • $15 registration fee gets you an event T-shirt and a finishers medal
    • You can start a team for yourself or on behalf of your school 
    • You can join an existing team
    • Fundraise to support the IOH Foundation and win great prizes
How to Register/Start Fundraising:

Team Options Could Include:

  • Individual – run/walk solo
  • Students – this is a great way for your schools to get involved - create a school team
  • Exhibitors – gather your staff and create a corporate team
  • Friends – create a team of peers
  • Alumni – are former classmates attending the meeting? create a team and participate together
  • Constituents – create a state team
  • Components – create a team for your local area
  • Districts – create a district team

How to Set Up a Team:
  • Select one person to be the leader to complete their event registration first and setup the team
  • The team lader will register themselves for the run/walk. When they get to the page that says 'fundraise', they will click yes, then click on 'create a team'. 
  • Enter your unique team name
  • Then, all other team members can register for the run/walk
    • Be sure to select your team's name from the drop down box on the fundraise page

Run/Walk Flow:
  • Line-Up starts at 7:30 p.m.
  • Run/Walk kicks off at 8:00 p.m.
  • The "After Glow" Party immediately following the run/walk around 9:00 p.m. (ticket required for entry)

What's Included in the Run/Walk Registration:
  • Run/Walk Participation
  • T-Shirt (you will provide your size when completing your registration)
  • Complimentary ticket to The "After Glow" Party immediately following the run/walk if you individually fundraise a minimum of $100


The "After Glow" Party

  • Celebrations begin around 9:00 p.m. (immediately following the Run/Walk)
  • Location: The Landing
  • Complimentary tickets are provided for participants who individually fundraise a minimum of $100
