SNW Spring 2010

Sponsor and Exhibitor Information

Why you should participate

SNW attracts key decision-makers for storage products and solutions by producing the most education-oriented conference program available in the market.

Sponsorships are designed specifically to give your company brand visibility as well as the opportunity to meet and network with the numerous decision-makers at this industry-leading event. Vendor participation/visibility is available only to sponsoring companies, so as a sponsor, you're assured that you are among an elite group of highly visible sponsor representatives on site.

Details about sponsorships and their related entitlements are available in our downloadable sponsorship brochure. If you have questions about sponsoring SNW, contact Ann Harris, Vice President, Event Sponsorship Sales, Computerworld, at 508.820.8667 (ann_harris@idgcommunications.com) or Meredith Norton, at 508.820.8518 (meredith_norton@computerworld.com).

Hands-on Lab

The Hands-on Labs provides end users with one-on-one contact with participating vendors as end users are guided through a series of exercises organized around various technology themes. Sponsor companies provide products used in the Hands-on Labs and help to develop content as part of the curriculum. For more information on how vendor companies can participate in this "in-depth" program that engages users one-to-one contact: Ann Harris at 508-820-8667 (ann_harris@idgcommunications.com) or Meredith Norton at 508.820.8518 (meredith_norton@computerworld.com).

SNW CONNECT: Expand your reach and exposure at SNW

SNW is pleased to offer SNW CONNECT—a powerful social networking application for desktop and mobile users—to all conference participants. Now SNW sponsors and exhibitors can virtually engage attendees before, during and after the event.

SNW CONNECT is a professional networking/social media application designed to enhance the attendee experience at SNW. Through their mobile device or computer, attendees can better plan their time at SNW before they arrive by identifying sessions, speakers, people and vendors they wish to meet. The functionality allows you to upload detailed information about your products and services, track who has visited your virtual booth and message attendees via their mobile devices and computers.

There are three types of sponsorships available within SNW CONNECT that will not only increase your exposure to the SNW attendees, but will generate quality leads, with direct access to attendees who are interested in your products and at a cost that is very affordable, starting at $500 for basic listing.

For more information about SNW CONNECT, please contact Ann Harris, Vice President, Event Sales at 508.820.8667 or ann_harris@idgcommunications.com or contact Meredith Norton our Events, Regional Account Manager at 508.820.8518 or Meredith_Norton@computerworld.com.
