Amit JasujaAmit Jasuja, Vice President, Oracle Development Security & Identity Management

Mr. Jasuja is responsible for driving Oracle’s go-to-market strategy for its identity management business. This responsibility encompasses product management, security standards participation, partner and sales enablement, as well as development of Oracle’s directory services offerings.

Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Jasuja was vice president, Product Management at Netegrity. During his five years at Netegrity, his team was responsible for product planning and strategy for the company’s entire product line. A security industry veteran, Mr. Jasuja also previously spent nine years at Oracle as Director of Development for multiple components of the Oracle database and middleware including security and identity management.


Roger SullivanRoger Sullivan, Vice President, Oracle Identity Management

Roger K. Sullivan is vice president of business development for Oracle Identity Management at Oracle Corporation. In this role, he spends time with Oracle’s premier customers, assisting them in understanding the business value of identity management and helping them evaluate and implement Oracle technology.

Mr. Sullivan also serves as Oracle Corporation Management Board representative to the Liberty Alliance and the Kantara Initiative, industry alliances of vendors and enterprise customers developing standards for federated identity management. He serves as is President of both groups.

Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Sullivan was President and CEO of Phaos Technology Corp. Phaos was acquired by Oracle in May 2004.


Rohit GuptaRohit Gupta, Vice President, Oracle Identity Management & Security Products

Rohit Gupta is currently Vice President for Identity Management and Security products at Oracle Corporation. He is responsible for product management, strategy and overall growth/go-to-market for the Identity and Access Management suite of products, including Access Management, Provisioning and Identity Administration and Directory Services. Under his stewardship, Oracle has delivered market leading technologies for user provisioning, and access management, and is now considered an industry leader in Identity Management. Rohit is the founder and chair of the Oracle Identity Management Customer Advisory Board, which is a consortium of Fortune 500 companies implementing Oracle Identity Management and helping Oracle drive further innovation in the identity product lines. He is also the founder of Oracle’s North American Partner Council for Identity Management, as well as the extended ISV ecosystem for Oracle Identity Management.

Prior to joining Oracle, Rohit was an executive at Sun Microsystems responsible for market development and application integration of the Sun Identity Management product line. As part of his charter, he drove the first Liberty-enabled interoperability and integration testing of enterprise applications with Liberty-enabled access management components. Rohit has held both technical and senior management positions in his career including Sun Microsystems, FAST/Nextpage and Oracle Corporation. He is also a well-known speaker in the industry on identity management.


Hormazd RomerHormazd Romer, Director, Oracle Identity Management

Hormazd Romer is Director of Oracle's Identity Management product line. He has several years of expertise in Identity Management and is a frequent speaker at industry events and webcasts. Prior to Oracle, Hormazd was a Product Line Manager at Sun Microsystems where he helped drive the launch of the Liberty Alliance.


Vipin SamarVipin Samar, Vice President, Oracle Database Security

Vipin Samar is Vice President of the Database Security Engineering group at Oracle. Mr. Samar is responsible for overseeing development of all database related security technologies such as authentication, authorization and auditing within the database, as well as several Oracle security products including Oracle Advanced Security, Database Vault, Audit Vault, and Label Security. He has over 15 years of experience in the area of security including databases, PKI, Single Sign-On, and Identity Management. Prior to Oracle, he was in Sun’s Solaris, networking and security engineering groups. He has 10 patents in the area of security and information retrieval.

He has a MS in Computer Science from State University of New York at Stony Brook, USA; and BE Hons in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS, Pilani, India.


Roxana BradescuRoxana Bradescu, Sr. Director, Oracle Database Security

Roxana Bradescu is responsible for bringing Oracle’s database security portfolio to market. Roxana has more than 20 years of professional experience, and has held senior product marketing and management positions at VeriSign, Excite@Home, and Sun Microsystems as well as several early stage startups. She started her career at AT&T Bell Labs where she worked on the NSF InterNIC Directory and Database Services and numerous IETF standards She holds an MS in Computer Science from Columbia University in New York City, and a BS Summa Cum Laude in Econometrics from Georgia State University.


Paul NeedhamPaul Needham, Director, Oracle Product Management & Database Security

Paul Needham is Director of Product Management for Database Security at Oracle. He is responsible for the development of Oracle Database security features and products spanning, Oracle Advanced Security, Oracle Database Vault, Oracle Audit Vault, to Oracle Label Security. Mr. Needham first joined Oracle in 1991 as part of Oracle Consulting, where he worked closely with customers to help them identify their security needs and challenges and build innovative solutions. In 1998, he joined the Database Security team in Oracle’s Server Technology development division.

Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Needham was responsible for various government projects at BDM International, a multinational information technology company. He also served as an intern at theNational Computer Security Center at the National Security Agency, studying database security. Mr. Needham graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s of science degree in computer science.
