Sokolov, MD, Chairman and Managing Partner, SSB Partners/Consultants Over the past 15 years, he has led consulting engagements with top-tier physician organizations, hospital systems, and managed care organizations in virtually every major market in the country. By understanding the different business and clinical perspectives of large employers, health plans, hospitals, physicians, and other stakeholders, SSB has unique insight into the forces and dynamics that shape health care in America today. Dr. Sokolov will draw from this broad exposure to present a balanced and far-reaching vision for where health care is headed, opportunities and pitfalls that could appear along the way, and how the likely changes will affect AMGA’s members. |

Consumer Reports has some answers in a new follow-up report to the Choosing Wisely campaign launched in April by the ABIM Foundation. The coalition of nine physician groups compiled lists of “Five Things Physicians and Patients Should Question” to represent each doctor group. |
