Registration FAQs

1. How do I register?

Our online registration is quick, easy, safe & secure. To do so, simply click the “New Registration” button on the right hand side of any page. If you have attended one of our conferences before, your details will pre-populate the fields, making it even quicker for you.

Should you be unable to register online, please please download from here, or email icakaconferences@gmail.com for a registration form, which you can complete and return by fax, mail or scan and email.

2. What does my registration include?

Unless specified otherwise, your registration includes:
• Entry to all sessions of the conference
• All catering during the conference – for example Morning/Afternoon Teas and Lunch
• A copy of the full Conference DVD (professionally produced)
• Digital Seminar Notes, for use on notebook, tablet etc
• Entry for the Registrant to the Gala Dinner (Partner Tickets available for separate purchase)

These inclusions represent over $1,400 value, however, you are able to save between $405-$750 when registering – see below.

3. What types of Registration are Available?

3. Can I change my registration?

Need to update your details, decide to attend a Pre or Post Workshop, or want to book something in the Partner Program? You can simply and easily update your registration by clicking on the “Modify Registration” button on the right hand side of the page.
As our payments are processed separately from our registrations, so we can ensure that you are only charged for any extras, not charged twice!

4. Can I bring my friend or partner to the Gala Dinner (Sat 20th, 7-11pm)?

You certainly can! In the Options Section of the online registration, you may select to bring guests, and also advise their Dietary Requirements (ie Gluten or Dairy Free, Vegetarian etc).
If your guest decides to attend after you have registered, simply “Modify” your registration to add them in.
