RMPCMA December 2012 - Open Space Technology and Holiday Reception

RMPCMA December Educational Program
"Open Space Technology"
followed by the RMPCMA Holiday Reception

For our December program we are electing to make you the speaker.

Not exactly, but by adapting a process called Open Space Technology, we are
allowing attendees to structure the discussions.

A collection of experts will provide a basic framework of topics in which each attendee
can offer experience and where no comment is wrong.  A marketplace of inquiry
will be created, bringing out the best in each attendee by encouraging the movement
around the room to whatever conversation you can best contribute and/or learn.

During this highly-interactive session you will:

§ Make it relevant – self-organize and define the conversation to
make it applicable to you

§ Partner with your peers – Everyone is an expert and can contribute to
valuable learning experiences

§Connect with each other through creativity
