| Geoff Bowes Customer Delivery Manager Connections Relations and Metering Ergon Energy Geoff Bowes is an engineering manager with 30 years’ experience in the electricity supply industry in Queensland. During his career Geoff has held key operational management roles in Far North Queensland for Ergon Energy and it’s predecessor organisations. His responsibilities have included the management of Design, Customer Connection, Customer Relationship and External Contract Delivery groups. Geoff has been the public face of Ergon Energy in Cairns since its formation in 1999. As part of Ergon Energy’s Efficiency and Effectiveness program, Geoff was responsible for the implementation of a state-wide meter reading out-sourcing program that is delivering significant cost savings for Ergon Energy customers. Geoff has recently been appointed to the position of Customer Delivery Manager for Connections, Relations and Metering in Ergon Energy’s Customer Service Business Unit. In this role Geoff will be responsible for Ergon Energy’s customer connection teams across regional Queensland. | |
