1. Who can enter?
Any supplier and service provider offering services to parent companies based in North America will be eligible for the 2014 US Captive Services Awards.

9. How can I book tickets to attend the awards ceremony?
Ticket prices for 2014 include drinks, a three course dinner and a seat at the Awards.

10. When will I receive my tickets?
Once you have booked your tickets you will be sent further event details and an e-ticket, which you must distribute to your guests. The e-tickets will be sent closer to the event.

12. Does my Awards ticket give me access to Captive Live USA?
No. If you book a seat at the Awards, you will need to register separately for Captive Live USA. If you register for Captive Live USA, you will also need to book a seat at the Awards separately. You can register for Captive Live USA here.
