The Hotel Rey Juan Carlos is located on Avda. Diagonal, Barcelona. The hotel is 12kms from the airport, a transfer time of approx 10-15 minutes.

The hotel is a unique resort in the heart of Barcelona with 25,000 sqm of fabulous gardens and a choice of leisure facilities. The hotel has 3 restaurants: Polo Restaurant (indoor), the Garden Restaurant overlooking the pool, Espinaler Tapas Bar (outdoors and where our buffet lunch will be served each day). Drinks and snacks are also available in the lobby bar. There is a cocktail bar opened each evening on Lobby level.
Wi-fi is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge.
The Metro is 450m from the hotel and connects you with the city centre in 20 minutes.

Leisure

The Royal Club Fitness & Spa is rated in Conde Nast Traveler's Top 10 Best Fitness Centers. Entry to the Fitness Centre and pools are included in the room rate. There is one indoor and 2 outdoor swimming pools. The Royal Club has a fully equipped gym with sauna and steam room, massage and beauty treatments.

Guest Rooms

All rooms have impressive views with large windows for natural light. Some rooms have views of FC Barcelona's Camp Nou stadium. All rooms are comfortable and spacious.

Extra Nights

Delegates wishing to stay extra nights need to pay a supplement per night of:

€ 185 single occupancy and € 209 double occupancy including buffet breakfast, VAT and local city tax.

Airport Transportation:

The IFA will arrange a coach shuttle service between the airport and hotel on Wednesday and Friday, subject to delegates sending us their flight information. The times of this service will be sent to you a couple of weeks before the conference. A taxi between the airport and hotel will cost around €15.
