Cancellation
Policy
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to
the Conference Secretariat at GIUpdate@buksa.com. A $60.00 cancellation fee
will apply for conference registrations cancelled until April 26, 2014. After this date, no refunds
will be issued.
Registration Policies
- Registration fees must be paid in full when completing this form. Credit card payment must be made using either VISA or Mastercard. Your statement will read "Buksa Assoc. (780) 436-0983 Edm."
- Registration fees are not subject to GST as the University of Alberta is a GST exempt organization. Registration fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Advance registrations will be accepted until May 9, 2014. After May 9, 2014, registrations will only be accepted on-site.
- Substitutions may be facilitated by writing to the Conference Secretariat at GIUpdate@buksa.com or on-site.
- A confirmation notice detailing your registration will be sent to you immediately upon completion of this registration form. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours please contact us at GIUpdate@buksa.com.
- Recording may occur throughout the conference; by agreeing to these policies conference attendees consent to filming, photography and sound recording as delegates, speakers or exhibitors at the conference.
- All registration rates are subject to availability.
