A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice hotel for EGGA Assembly 2014 delegates on 9^th, 10^th & 11^th June 2014. Additional nights pre and post the Assembly dates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Please note that a limited number of Hilton Deluxe Rooms are also offered to EGGA Assembly 2014 delegates at the same rate as standard Hilton Guestrooms; these will be allocated to the first bookings received and are available for booking via the link detailed on the registration confirmation page and your registration confirmation email. Once the limited allocation has been reserved, they will no longer appear as an option.  

The preferential rates for the EGGA Assembly 2014 are:

Hilton Guestroom Single Occupancy €239.00 per room per night

Hilton Guestroom Double Occupancy €279.00 per room per night

Rates include buffet breakfast served in Il Molino Restaurant, but exclude 10% Italian VAT and Venice City Tax @ €5.00 per person per night which will be added to your bill.

Note: Reservations must be paid for in full with a valid credit/debit card at the time of booking. Reservations may be amended or cancelled without charge until Friday 14^th March. For any cancellations after this date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
