Chad Conrow has 20 years of experience working in IT. Chad has worked in roles including helpdesk support, network administration, consulting, systems engineering, and management. He has always had a passion for delivering the best end user experiences possible. In his role at Perkins Coie LLP, he manages a team of networking professionals and is responsible for ensuring quality delivery of centralized applications to 17 domestic and three international locations.



 


Robert Haynes

Robert Haynes has been in the IT industry for over 20 years and has held roles from helpdesk engineer through field sales. As a member of the F5 Marketing Architecture team, he spends his time taking technology products and turning them into business solutions. He manages all aspects of creating F5 reference architectures from performing functional lab testing through high level messaging development. A passionate believer of the power of stories in human communication, his aim is to create memorable, sellable architectures that actually work to solve business problems. A native of the gray streets of London, he has spent the last two years in California enjoying the sunshine and spectacularly failing at learning to skateboard.





Rich Wagner

Rich has been designing and building complex Cisco networks for the last 18 years. He is coming from the CDW National Team as a Sr. Network and Voice Engineer focused on delivering Cisco infrastructure. While in this role, he performed several high profile deployments involving military installations, fortune 100, and K-12 customers all across the United States.  Prior to CDW, Rich worked as a Sr. Engineer consultant, deploying voice and network solutions, for many other corporate customers in Washington State and around the country. In 2004 he even started his own service provider company in Eastern Washington that provided hosted Cisco IP voice services, on the first 10GB Cisco network in the area. Rich is also a veteran of the first Gulf War by serving his country for over 9 years in the U.S. Air Force.
