U.S Representative Judy Chu was elected in July 2009 to represent California's 27th District. In the 113th Congress, Chu serves on the House Judiciary Committee, where she is a member of the Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security and Investigations Subcommittee and the Intellectual Property and the Internet Subcommittee. In 2011, she was elected as the chair of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus. Chu began her career as an educator and taught psychology at Los Angeles City College and East Los Angeles College for 20 years. She also served in the California State Assembly.

Mary Hart
Best known for hosting Entertainment Tonight for nearly 30 years, member Mary Hart has interviewed nearly every major motion picture, television and music star of the last 30 years. She has been honored by American Women in Radio & Television with the Gracie Allen Award, which recognizes programming created for, by and about women. She was also presented with the Samaritan Award by the National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation for her work on behalf of several children’s charities. Hart was inducted into the Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame in 1999.
 
Hon. Thomas E. Perez
U.S. Secretary of Labor
U.S. Secretary of Labor Thomas E. Perez was sworn into office on July 23, 2013. Previously, he served as assistant attorney general for civil rights at the U.S. Department of Justice, enforcing federal laws that prohibit discrimination and upholding the civil and constitutional rights of all who live in America. Among the division's achievements under his leadership was the successful implementation of the Shepard-Byrd Hate Crimes Prevention Act; expanding equal housing opportunities; protecting schoolchildren from discrimination, bullying and harassment; and dramatically widening access to employment, educational opportunities, and housing for people with disabilities. He previously served as the secretary of Maryland's Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation.

Previously, Siegel was a talent agent for 12 years at the Endeavor Agency (now William Morris Endeavor Entertainment) Prior to representing actors, Siegel founded Endeavor’s New Media division in 1996, developing the agency’s early Internet strategy. A leader in this emerging market, Siegel packaged online shows for studios’ digital divisions and advised numerous entertainment companies and consumer brands on their nascent new media strategies. After leaving the agency business, he founded the Internet startup, VidMe Inc., in 2008, a private online video sharing service for consumers.

Elected AFL-CIO president in Sept. 16, 2009, Richard Trumka has dedicated more than 15 years of service to the AFL-CIO, following his beginnings in the small coal-mining communities of southwest Pennsylvania. His vision as a leader stems from wise words his grandfather, a miner, told him when he was young: “If you want to help workers, you first need to help people.” Prior to his presidency, Trumka served unions as legal counsel, president of the United Mine Workers of America and secretary-treasurer of the AFL-CIO.

A graduate of Harvard College and SAG-AFTRA member, Wallach has been featured in numerous publications, including GQ and Rolling Stone, and has toured with many artists including Lady Gaga and Weezer, and collaborated with artists such as Janelle Monae and Macklemore. He is also a recognized social media pioneer, having been the first artist ever to use Facebook and among the most followed artists on Twitter (@dachesterfrench). Forbes selected him as one of its “30 Under 30” and Fast Company named him one of the “100 Most Creative People in Business.”
