This continuing nursing education activity was approved by Montana Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

Criteria for successful completion of this program includes completing the pre-test, participating in the conference, scoring 80% or higher on the post-test and completing the program evaluation.

  • Identify key aspects of the workup for the given endocrine disorder
  • Explain aspects of patient presentation and/or course that necessitate referral to an endocrinologist
  • Summarize key characteristics of evidence-based assessment and treatment options for the given disorder
  • Formulate a management plan that includes steps/strategies supporting optimal PCP-endocrinologist collaboration
