Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your conference registration up to March 2, 2013 and receive a refund of your conference fee minus a $225.00 administration fee.  All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing to executiveprograms@cxo.com.  There will be no refunds for any cancellations or no-shows received after March 2, 2013.

All conference related fees must be paid prior to the conference.
 

Qualification Criteria
Our audience consistently rates peer-to-peer networking opportunities as one of the top reasons they attend CXO Media events.  Therefore, all attendees must be senior level executives (i.e., CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, VPs, etc.) or their equivalent; involved in the purchase, evaluation or recommendation of IT or security products/services; and/or responsible for security policy within their organizations.  Not qualified to attend are analysts, venture capitalists, sales, marketing or consulting staff from non-sponsoring vendor companies.  Additional criteria for qualification are available upon request.  We thank you for your understanding as we strive to maintain the quality of this audience.
