"I Got Soft Skills, They're Multiplying"                                                                                                  September 13, 2019

We live in a world where it is inevitable to make contact with another person and exchange some form of communication, whether it be a vocal exchange, hand gestures, or other body movements. While what a person says verbally may convey one message, there are other “hidden messages” that can be revealed through body language. It is within these messages that you can reveal the truth to a conversation or situation. In addition, while the idea of a conversation is a two-way dialogue, it is common for a person to begin listening to a person, but not really hear half of what was said. You can learn how to listen in a strategic manner in a conversation. While building your professional and personal relationships, and eventually deep-rooted trust, you can take ownership of the image factors that impact how we are perceived by others and strengthen key relationships. You can even use communication to influence people to your way of thinking and maximize your impact. Join a lineup of esteemed speakers as they discuss communication, effective listening skills, relationship building, collaboration, and ethics.
