Matt Conradi

Matt has extensive experience in investment management as a portfolio manager, advising and investing on behalf of charities, corporates and high net worth clients. He started his career at Merrill Lynch, within the discretionary portfolio management team and became a CFA charter holder in 2011. In 2013 Matt joined Julius Baer where he was responsible for managing a wide range of multi asset mandates. As Head of Client Advisory, Matt leads Netwealth’s team of advisors who work directly with clients, as well as playing a key role in shaping the company’s overall client strategy
 
Jessica Crane

Jessica is Head of Trusts at London & Capital, working within the Private Investment Office, she provides investment management advice to clients and trusts and has overall responsibility relationships with trust companies. She travels to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and Switzerland, managing the firm’s existing and potential Trust relationships. Jessica came runner-up in the Woman of the Year for Leadership at the CityWealth Power Women Awards 2015, was shortlisted for the Rising Star in the 2015 European WealthBriefing and featured in Spears’ Top HNW Managers Index 2015. Recently, Jessica was listed in Citywealth’s 2018 Future Leaders list.
 
Bill Dodwell

Bill Dodwell was appointed as Tax Director of the Office of Tax Simplification in January 2019, after being a Senior Policy Adviser since July 2018. Prior, he was Head of Tax policy at Deloitte. He has law degrees from King’s College London and Queen’s College Cambridge and is a chartered accountant and tax adviser. Bill is a former president of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and has also chaired their technical committee. He is currently editor-in-chief of the CIOT’s Tax Adviser magazine and website and a member of the GAAR Advisory Panel.

Rachael provides tax and technical expertise for the development of financial planning solutions to UK tax residents, UK domiciles, expatriates and international investors. This incorporates a product and trust range which covers local and global markets. As a technical specialist with over 15 years experience in trusts and tax planning, including international pensions, Rachael is a frequent commentator in the trade press. She is a qualified Chartered Financial Planner, member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Chairman of the Legal & Regulatory Committee and member of the Tax committee for the Association of International Life Offices.

He is responsible for the Group’s client proposition, providing technical development and support to the consultancy team, ensuring that they are in the position to deliver excellent service. George is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians, a Chartered Financial Planner, Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and holds the Professional Certificate in Management. He has a passion for self-development, as demonstrated by his many qualifications.

This has been gained through a variety of roles with providers including marketing, technical support, training and development, product development and business development, and a number of years as an independent financial adviser specialising in pensions and estate planning. He presents at industry events and commentates on matters relating to financial services.

Sue has specialised in private client tax since the early 1980s. She trained and qualified as a chartered accountant at PWC and became an audit manager. She later converted to becoming a personal tax, trusts and estates manager. Sue then joined Grant Thornton and ran the Private Client Department which combined personal tax, trust and personal financial planning services. Whilst there, she became an early member of STEP and qualified as an associate of The Chartered Institute of Taxation. She has since worked at BDO and Baker Tilly. She has also worked for the Tax Faculty since October 2012.

Sarah is a Regional Managing Partner for Irwin Mitchell, Newbury, where she also heads up the local private client team, helping individuals and their families with succession, tax and asset protection planning. Sarah guides clients through their options to maximise personal wealth and next generation wealth in relation to emotional issues. Holding both the Chartered and Certified Financial Planning designations, he is a recognised industry figure but is acutely aware that the emotional aspects of money are learnt from experience, not from a textbook. He tries to simplify his clients’ financial lives and does his best to steer them through the jargon, bureaucracy and complexity of the UK financial services world.
