Cost

The Special COPA Fee of $3,499.00 per person (double occupancy required) plus a fee for the plane of $895.00. Any singles that require a separate room or children sleeping in the same room need to contact Pia at CST for availability and a separate quote.

Items Included in price

• CST staff present at all airport arrivals and group activities
• Ground Handling services including preparing and filing flight plans, immigration forms, customs forms, landing and entry permits at international airports of arrival and departure
• Mexico and Central America L1/L2 Enroute Chart
• Lodging in Mexico and Guatemala
• Meals in Mexico and Guatemala as specified in itinerary
• Transportation between airport and hotel, as well as to and from all group activities
• All entrance fees, charter costs, guides and transfers for Group Activities specified in the itinerary

Generally not included

• Tips (waiters maid, service, bell boys, drivers, local tour operators)
• Room service
• Alcoholic beverages

Payment by credit card required during registration for a single aircraft (US$895.00) which will hold your registration for one week. Hotels and tour payment must be made directly to CST within one week of registration for 50% of fees (US$3,499.00 per person, double occupancy required). Registration documents must be completed and returned with initial deposit. Final 50% payment is due 30 days prior to the departure date (February 10, 2019). Be sure to carefully review the cancellation clause of this agreement.
