WHEN AND WHERE IS CYBERARK IMPACT 2018?
CyberArk Impact 2018 will be held at the InterContinental Hotel, Berlin.
Optional training begins at 1.30 PM Monday, July 2ND, and runs throughout the day followed by a welcome reception for all conference attendees that evening at 7 PM.
General sessions kick off at 9 AM on Tuesday, July 3RD, and the conference closes at 2.30 PM on Wednesday, July 4TH.

HOW DO I GET TO THE EVENT FROM BERLIN'S AIRPORT?
From Tegel Airport (TXL):
Berlin Tegal Airport is about 8.5 km from The InterContinental Hotel (appx. 30 minutes’ drive) The taxi ranks at Tegel Airport can be found in the inner ring of Terminal A at Gates 6–9 and outside Terminal C and E.
Public Transportation:
The nearest train station to the InterContinental Berlin Hotel is the Zoologischer Garten Station, the hotel is 15 minutes walk from the station, or use Bus line 200 from the station to the hotel. For more information go to Tegal Airport WebsiteFrom Schönefeld Airport (SXF):
Berlin Schönefeld Airport is about 23 km from The InterContinental Hotel (appx. 40 minutes’ drive) The taxi ranks can be found on the approach to Schönefeld Airport, right outside Terminal A.

WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND?
Customers:
The conference is free for all CyberArk customers. CyberArk will cover all meals that are listed on the event agenda. Hotel stay, air travel, transportation between hotel and airport, as well as any other incidental expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.Partners:
Partners can choose from 3 different packages which may include accommodations and/or flights according to their choice. CyberArk will cover all meals that are listed on the event agenda. WHAT IS THE NIGHTLY HOTEL ROOM RATE?
All room reservations must be made with CyberArk through the event registration system to guarantee the negotiated rates. The nightly room rate for the InterContinental Berlin Hotel is:
€165 Run of house rate for Single occupancy rooms
€180 Run of house rate for Double occupancy rooms (two guests sharing)
(rates are inclusive of VAT and taxes but does not include a 5% Berlin city tax which will be added to your final bill). -
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY HOTEL?
For Customer Registrations
Event Cancellation Policy: We request that if your schedule changes and you must cancel your participation in the IMPACT 2018 event you please contact us in writing. Cancellations for the event should be received on or before 4 June, 2018 to help us with our onsite planning and session counts. Please send written cancellations to: ImpactEMEA@smithbucklin.com
Substitution Policy: Substitutions of a registration (same type of participant from same firm) are permitted at any time prior to Monday, 25 June, 2018. The individual who is substituting will need to complete an updated contact/demographic information profile in our registration file. Please email substitution requests to: ImpactEMEA@smithbucklin.com
For Partners Registrations
Event Cancellation Policy: We request that if your schedule changes and you must cancel your participation in the IMPACT 2018 event you please contact us in writing. Cancellations for the event should be received on or before 4 June, 2018 to help us with our onsite planning and session counts. Requests for a registration refund prior to that date will be granted a refund, less a €50 processing fee. Cancellations after 4 June will not be granted a refund. CAN I STAY ADDITIONAL NIGHTS OUTSIDE OF THE EVENT DATES?
To book additional nights outside of the July 2nd – July 4th dates, please do so during the registration process by specifying desired dates on the Additional requests box.
CyberArk negotiated rates are available based on hotel occupancy, and is not guaranteed, so we recommend you book early.

Unfortunately not, this is a business event and is not designed for guests.

Yes, please forward your colleague the email invitation you have received from CyberArk. Please remember each customer is allowed to send a maximum of 4 attendees.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE EVENT
The dress code for the conference is business casual. The dress code for evening events is casual.

CAN I REGISTER ON-SITE?
No – you must register before arriving on-site. Registration will close on Monday, June 25th.

DO THE TRAINING SESSIONS COUNT FOR CPE CREDITS?
Yes. Please include your ISC2 / CISSP number during the registration process and CyberArk will handle the submission of your CPE credits post-event.

Speakers
Udi Mokady is the Chairman and CEO of CyberArk, and a pioneer in establishing the Privileged Account Security software market. Since co-founding the company in 1999, Mokady has entrenched CyberArk as the market leader in privileged account security and compliance. During his tenure at CyberArk, Mokady has also served as CyberArk’s chief strategist and visionary, overseeing global expansion, management, execution and corporate development.
Ron Zoran is Chief Revenue Officer at CyberArk. Zoran is responsible for executing the company’s worldwide sales strategy across sales, sales engineering, and channels to drive revenue growth across all geographies.
Roy Adar is the Senior Vice President of Product Management at CyberArk. In his role he is responsible for CyberArk’s product management, product marketing and overall product strategy.
Rich Turner is Vice President of Sales for EMEA. He’s responsible for executing strategic sales and channel initiatives to drive growth and expand market opportunities for CyberArk in the region.

As the organizer, we will manage the event in good faith and in conformance with industry standards. We reserve the right to change the agenda without prior notice, and will not be liable for cancelation or rescheduling of the event for any reason. These terms and conditions and any action arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Both you and CyberArk agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. Under no circumstances will CyberArk or anyone acting on its behalf be liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities whatsoever arising from any case of force majeure.
